The article presents data about concentrations of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAH) in food of home and foreign manufacture (sausage, meat, fish, coffee, chocolate, eggs, dairy produce) sold in shops of Chisinau city. Analytical determination of PAH (18 target analytes) in the samples was done using gas chromatography with mass spectrometry. Finally there were found different PAH concentrations (0,3 till 235,35 μg/kg) in the all studied samples. Most of the samples demonstrated presence of benzo[a] pyrene below maximum acceptable concentration according to the national legislation (5,0 μg/kg). |
