В статье проводиться историко-правовое исследование проблемы репатриации крымских татар. Осуществляется анализ исторической юридической литературы, которая касалась проблемы возращения крымских татар в Крым. Приводятся статистические данные. Обоснованы периоды репатриации крымских татар, а также причины этих процессов в соответствии с политикой, которая проводилась сначала властью СССР, а потом – независимой Украиной.

The article is devoted to the historical and legal study of the problem of the repatriation of the Crimean Tatars. An analysis of historical legal literature is carried out, which concerned the problem of the return of the Crimean Tatars to the Crimea. Statistical data are displayed. The periods of repatriation of the Crimean Tatars, those reasons of these processes in accordance with the policy, which was carried out first by the authority of the USSR, and then by an independent Ukraine, are justified.
