The humanization of the education requires the creation of non-violent atmosphere at school. Humanist relations in the process of study require the creation of non-violent atmosphere at school. This is due to the professional self-consciousness of the pedagogue. The adequate self-appreciation of pedagogue contributes to the correct appreciation of the pedagogical situation. The level of the pedagogue‘s self-consciousness is linked to his self-regulation that assures non-violent atmosphere at school. |
