Rezumat

Education as a socio-human phenomenon and a process of personality formation in the age of globalization must continually respond to the demands dictated by the evolution of reality at national and international level. Of special interest in this regard are the original concepts of the representative of national pedagogy, G.G.Antonescu, on youth education and formation of a unitary conception of world and life exposed in the early twentieth century. The current educational paradigm, affirmed at the level of epistemology, is a specific model to address the scientific theory, historically claimed at various time intervals through a new approach to fundamental concepts. G.G.Antonescu (1935) mentioned the need to create a unique conception of world and life for young people by the teachers, thus considering an error of the school that tried to steer the youth on various aspects of life and world by separating them and considering them in isolation. In support of this idea, one can reveal more aspects such as the unbiased scientific, psychological, sociological and ethical argument. One can also indicate the conditions and means of formation of the unitary conception of world and life for young people, conceptions that are considered useful for the contemporary school.
