In the present time, the Republic of Moldova is facing different acute problems from the economic, social, political and spiritual fields that have deep consequences, especially on young people. The public opinion aims to suggest the ways and methods to overcome these social vices. It is important to use the public opinion in order to form the spiritual values to young people, to form their clear conception of the world, of the laws of its development. That’s why, in the work is mentioned the activity of Tiraspol State University in the field of students’ conceptual formation, the process of knowledge increase through motivation and afterwards through behavior, of youth’s responsibility increase in all the spheres of activity.
