Rezumat | |||||
The article gives theoretical and practical arguments for building educational partnerships to reduce destructive social phenomena and optimize protective factors favoring education and young generations. In education, social factors involving partnership must be done on the basis of a set of core values that partners recognize those shared values. Theory and practice of educational partnership demonstrates that all partners who are interested in the development of education must recognize as fundamental values: democracy, civics, humanism, tolerance, communication, cooperation, diversity. The paper presents a model of one school from rural areas, which has increased the quality of education, creating educational partnership. |
