We performed a retrospective study with the analysis of 230 case reports of patients with toxico-allergic dermatitis (TAD) who were admitted to the Allergology Department of the Research Institute for Maternal and Child Healthcare from January to December 2012. We have studied the data of anamnesis, clinical examination and paraclinical investigations such as hemoleucogram, blood biochemistry, total IgE, circulatory immune complexes, ultrasonography of internal organs, consulting of specialists having the goal to elucidate the anamnestic, clinical and paraclinical peculiarities of TAD and the dependence of clinical manifestations from age, sex, year season and environmental conditions. The preponderant affection of urban population comparatively to that rural, the approximately equal affection of both sexes, the predominance of TAD in all year seasons with a little increasing in winter-spring and autumn period, the more frequent affection of children in age interval 1 month – 7 years, the preponderant predominance of maculapapulous eruptions comparatively to another manifestations of TAD, the higher frequency of pure TAD comparatively to that associated with another pathologies, the preponderance of allergic associated pathology were demonstrated. The peculiarities of paraclinical examination, characteristic for this pathology, also were demonstrated. |
