Issues environment through nature and implications of her character proves to be a global problem. The state environmental present in the Republic of Moldova reveals the need for allocation of investment in fixed capital, fixed assets value of production in turn having different weights in the protection and rational use of water resources, atmospheric air, land resources, ect. Care for the conservation of national resources and environmental protection shows the obligation to allocate the money means of the state budget. Sustainable development us reveal such an economic and social development, which provides vital needs of society on account of natural resources and its human values, while maintaining the most likely potential natural heritage of the nation. |
