This article presented some suggestions, opinions about the personality of Professor Victor Saca, who turns these days the honorable age of 70 years. Her work for more than forty years in high school is characterized by various achi-evements. He argued successfully in 1979 PhD thesis at the State University "M.Lomonosov ". He won the 1986 title of associate professor. In the last 17 years working at Moldova State University, the Faculty of In-ternational Relations, Political and Administartive Sciences. In 2002 PhD dis-sertation in political science. And in 2006 was awarded the title of professor te-aching science. During its activity the University Professor V.Saca occupy more public fu-nctions. Among them Scientific Secretary of the Specialized Scientific Council supporting doctoral theses, President of the Seminary Profile specialty Political Science, member of the expert group of the National Council for Accreditation and Attestation in Moldova, member of the Senate State University of Moldova saddle. Mr. V.Saca currently holds the position of Director of the Doctoral School of Social Sciences of the State University of Moldova. As a professor, V.Saca maintains eight normative and special courses at li-cense, cycle II master and cycle III Doctorate Degree. Saca V.’ disciples teach-er working in state institutions, political parties, NGOs, mass media. V.Saca has prepared eight doctors professor in political science, and dozens of masters degrees in Political Science. Professor V.Saca has published more than 260 scientific papers. Among his publications are over 20 monographs, textbooks, brochures, are 245 articles in professional journals and scientific collections. The main research directions and themes of Professor V.Saca are interests and political relations, national interest, political transition, democratic transformation today.
