In this scientific publication, the author discusses the importance of effective product policy management of the winery in conditions of creation of new foreign consumer markets.Thus,were identified the key components of enterprise product policy (in the context of marketing), which influence on the effective management product policy. Author of the publication, has projected the requirements of modern marketing science in the contents of product policy to the wineries of ATU Gagauzia, which on the present period are actively discovering the new alcohol consumer markets. Based on the results of the conducted researches were carried out a number of conclusions that define the major directions of development of assortment policy, brand policy, service and packaging policy of the winery which are offering the assortment of own alcohol products on new consumer markets |
