The article deals with theoretical and methodological issues concerning the organization of corporate management. It is shown that the concept of corporate management is relatively new in management and in the literature are found most often way showing the processes by which companies are directed and controlled organizations on fair base, transparent, free from conflict of interest. It is systematized provisions of various economic and management theories that can be used to develop a new theory about corporate management to be applied to enterprises in Romania.
