În articol este analizat locul şi rolul paradigmei postmoderne în cadrul relaţiilor internaţionale contemporane. Se distinge termenul de postmodernism, se analizează stilul gândirii postmoderniste care se caracterizează prin tendinţa eliberării de principii. În acest context, sunt analizate aşa problem ca: incontrolul, terorism, multiculturalism, problem migraţioniste, încălcarea drepturilor şi libertăţilor omului. În cadrul paradigmei postmoderniste teoreticienii relaţii-lor internaţionale atrag atenţia asupra cercetării unor aşa problem cum ar fi inegalitatea gender, etica, puterea, indeterminismul. Postmodernismul tot mai mult se răspândește în cadrul economiei şi politicii mondiale. Acest process este în strânsă legătură cu intensificarea proceselor de globalizare. Postmodernismul şi globalizarea reflect faza occidental de dominaţie mondială deoarece apar şi se răspândesc în SUA şi Europa, şi deasemenea, aceste două fenomene coincide din punct de vedere istoric. Starea postmodernistă este starea comp-lexă a societăţii, reflectată în cultură, politică, ştiinţă. Esenţa postmodernismului constă în creşterea importanţei high-tech-ului, virtualizarea economiei şi politicii, creşterii rolului factorului indeterminismului.

In article is examinedthe role and place of the post-modern paradigm in contemporary international relations. Attention is paid to the concept of post-modernism, postmodern way of thinking, which is characterized by a desire for freedom from the guidelines.In this context, author focuses attention by such is-sues as: unmanageability, terrorism, multiculturalism, migration problems, violation of human rights and freedoms. Within postmodern paradigms of inter-national relations theorists focus on exploring issues such as gender inequality, ethnicity, power, uncertainty. Postmodern is increasingly spreading to the glob-al economy and politics. This process has cloth connection to the intensification of globalization processes.Postmodern and globalization reflect Western phase of world domination, because it originated and spread from the United States and Europe, these two phenomenons coincidedwith a historical point of view. The postmodern condition is a complex state of society, as reflected in the culture, politics, and science. The essence of postmodernism is the increasing value of high technology, virtualization economics and politics, the increasing role of the uncertainty factor.
