Rezumat

The article analyses the process of Moldova's cooperation with the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe from 1993 to 2016. We also emphasize the role of the OSCE in achieving a lasting political settlement of the conflict. The example of the negotiation process in the 5 2 Transnistrian conflictbrings the respective arguments and stresses the difficult and easy solutions. It warns interest and support for the revival of the German Presidency of the OSCE Transnistrian conflict settlement process. Also mentions that EU enlarges borders of the Republic of Moldovaunstable situation and influence the settlement process. The article also tackles and other activities of the OSCE Mission in Moldova such as: support of electoral processes, issues associated with human rights and strengthening the law state, the development of free media.
