The human factor is the engine which gives birth to progress. In order to ensure a durable future, the organization must always comply with the present realities. The last decades of world-wide experience have shown that the human factor is the most important in economical reorganization. The base of any reorganization is people, their attitude for life, work, motivation and their training in the changes' acceleration. |
