The system of management perfection of the training process of high class boxers is presented at the level of sport training microstructures. System factors of perfection of the special endurance taking into account and having a special purpose development of motive quality and forming of possibility are basic to its realization at the stage of preparation to the competitions. The system is built so that it doesn’t replace but adds in natural way, and also allows replacing of the weak links of the preparation system, traditional for the sportsman. The key element of the system is the method of estimation of change of reactive properties of an organism and ground of terms on their practical realization as it applies to the different stages of sport preparation of boxers during a year.
