The process of the Moldovan journalistic activity’s adaptation to the Western practices in this sphere covers both the implementation of new technologies in the media newsrooms and their adjustment to the massive communicative potential in the contemporary society, as well as the conceptualizing theories of freedom, fairness and impartiality of mass-media in a democratic society, even though too young. The given article contains reflections on the ways which show the process of media structures’ Europeanization in our country that often are shown equivocally by analysts and theorists, at the same time they could be shown intentionally innaccurate.
