Through time, the French language played a leading role in the development of European cultures. It became a literary language model in all Europe from the end of the Middle Ages, French is considered the language of the classical period, of the Enlightenment and Romantic century. It manifested first of all within the borders of France, the French culture has developed internationally in making its way to other countries beyond the “old continent”. Consequently, we propose to advocate for: - French as the language of culture and civilization, which lends itself to promote multilingualism; - cultures and Francophone literatures (of Belgium and Luxembourg, Black or sub-Saharan Africa, North Africa, North America etc.).
