Throughout its life mankind faces various disasters and catastrophes: natural, technogenic, social. One of the important sources of information for these situations is the huge volume of unstructured data available in the global information networks. In this study, we describe a tool set that includes methods for extracting relevant texts from the networks, their classification and analysis. Two stages are described: preparatory and processing.
