Rezumat

In the context of dynamic evolution of the informational technologies in the journalistic domain, the process of organizing an editorial collective implies structural and behavioral changes. The degree of qualification of the creative and technical staff ensures the success of any media editorship. This article is focused on the investigation of a certain segment of the editorial activity regarding the system of organization and functioning of an editorship of written press, namely the segment between after writing and before pagination, where the author combines the theoretical material with some examples, models and practical suggestions from own experience and which have as support the functional aspect of the whole team. Thus, the parable is built between two components of the editorship – the Paginating person – namely the creative activity of paginating and the Journalist – that, besides writing the journalistic texts, is involved in their structure, i.e. he formats texts and archives/saves them in files and folders. In conclusion, the author shows that respecting the well-structured schemes in the process of organizing the editorial labor has as results 1) an efficient usage of time, 2) each employee has a certain degree of independence towards his colleagues.
