This article is about progressive experience of work related to increasing the effectiveness of teaching German language. It reveals the major possibilities of the improvement of teacher’s activity, one of which is taking into account the individual qualities of students. The individual approach requires from the teacher the constant study of student’s personality, taking into consideration the individual peculiarities while choosing the strategies and methods of influence on the students during the learning process , maximum tact and skill , the ability to predict the consequence of any approach used towards the students.
