Actually, the trend of reforming the institutional political communication is specific for the parliaments from most contemporary democratic states. In this case, some experts have noted the legislatures’ practice of establishing a direct dialogue with voters and the desire to comply with certain principles related to the efficient activity of these political institutions. Content analysis of the official site of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova and investigation of the main structural elements confirms the compliance of this online communication platform to the category of standard parliamentary website. It includes specific elements of communication via new media and it’s used to inform citizens and to improve legislative institutions activity. |
