Rezumat

Article is a correlation study, which aims overall objective is to investigate the relationship between personality and performance in teaching academics. Starting from the literature, according to which academic intelligence and certain personality dimensions such as conscientiousness are predictors of professional success for many work activities, this study aims to investigate the predictive value of the two variables individual psychological.
