| Rezumat | ||||||
Today, the graduate education faces a number of problems to engage in employment. These problems can be solved through the involvement / collaboration of both universities and employers. Lack of cooperation that has led to the existing
gap, on one hand, the requirement of the company (educational beneficiaries) shall be guided to specific specialties and
the labour market requires other specialties. Under these conditions, the higher education defines the objectives based
on current and future requirements of society. |
