Rezumat

In the general sense of the word a law refers to a normative provision that sets a legal rule for mandatory application. We distinguish on one hand the constitutional laws that define fundamental rights, organization of public powers and the relations between them, the organic laws to build the institutions of the Republic. We studied the role of some language issues that give "power" to legal texts for the realization of their understanding and application, such as: accuracy, clarity and linguistic purity.
