Rezumat | |||||
The objectives of government and the ensurance of the smooth functioning of state institutions is vested with public authorities. The traditional classification of public authorities based on territorial criterion identifies the public authorities and the general competence of special jurisdiction. In addition to specialized central
administrative authorities like the ministries and other administrative authorities set up by Parliament and which activate within the Government we distinguish an entity of autonomous authorities responsible for specific areas of public interest.
These authorities are established on the basis of law by the Parliament, the President of the Republic, or the Government but are not within their jurisdiction (except the State Guard and Protection Service under the President of the Republic of Moldova) and complete their mission under the law. In what follows, we will
conduct an overview of the mentioned institutions and provided a brief emphasis of their status, functions and governing bodies. |
