The matter that currently preoccupies all modern societies is not only how to use more efficiently and to continuously develop informational technologies, but also to set a legal framework for this domain to flourish. The development of informational technologies, of relations and its instruments to achieve and consolidate, an important characteristic of the contemporary society, did not get, even until now, a legal framework. For the informational society to „civilize itself ” in Cyberspace need a specific legislation. |
