Rezumat

legislative and instructional determinations of categories "of innovation", "innovative activity", "innovative products", are Analysed and it was set that with the decline of status their essence is castrated and simplified, and that is why the understated requirements are used to the evaluation of innovative activity in practice. Hereupon other reasons separate indexes "on an entrance" and practically all "on an exit" get worse notedly. It testifies to technological preservation and "innovative hunger" in food industry of Ukraine. The processes of globalization and expansion of international connections intensified old and put new problems and calls before home АПК, without an answer for that it will be impossible to save the place as an equal in rights member in European and world economic unions. Answers for the put calls are related to passing of enterprises of food industry to the fifth technological mode: nano and biotechnologies, membrane processes, more modern technologies of producing of foodstuffs new generation with the set properties medical and preventive, heriatriation an antioxidant and other character. Realization of innovative-technological modernisation of enterprises, development and introduction of food innovations of new generation, will allow substantially to grow the volumes of output of foodstuffs with innovative descriptions and the same, to show out food industry on the new level of development.
