В статье проводится теоретическое исследование понятия холдинга как участника отношений в сфере хозяйствования. Осуществляется анализ юридической литературы и научных подходов, относительно определения холдинга и выявления его особенностей как участника хозяйственных отношений, с последующим предложением определения понятия холдинга. Так-же для полного и всестороннего раскрытия понятия холдинга исследуются признаки, присущие исключительно обозначенно-му участнику хозяйственных отношений. Раскрывается сущность корпоративного предприятия и особенности его деятельно-сти в контексте холдинга. Обосновано включение холдингов в состав участников отношений в сфере хозяйствования наряду с субъектами хозяйствования, введение единых требований к составу участников группы лиц, связанных отношениями решаю-щей экономической и/или организационной зависимости, в частности холдинговой компании и корпоративных предприятий.

The article presents a theoretical investigation of the concept of the group as a participant of relations in the field of management. The analysis of legal literature and scientific approaches on the definition of the holding and identifying the characteristics of the participant of economic relations, with the subsequent proposal of the definition of holding. Also, for full and complete disclosure of the notion of holding examines certain characteristics designated solely for the participant of economic relations. The essence of the corporate enterprise and especially its activities in the context of the holding. It justifies the inclusion of holdings in the composition of actors in the field of management along with business entities, the introduction of uniform requirements for participation in the group of persons linked by relationships decisive economic and/or organizational dependencies, namely the holding company and corporate enterprises.
