Rezumat

The author made a comparative analysis of educational softwares (ES) from perspective of transversal competences’ formation: digital computer skills and specific competences of Romanian Language and Literature. There are proposed some solutions to solve problems of implementing in educational practice the provisions recommended by series of documents and legislation in force, including those issued by the European Commission regarding the formation skills's set, through own conception’s ES in this article.
