There is emphasized the literary-artistic education problem, from a theoretical point of view. So, there are pointed out several theories regarding methodology concept definition, regarding the criteria of classification the instruction methods, regarding functions and types of them. There is also insisted on some requirements for training methodology; there are analysed different categories of didactical methods specific for reaching/learning language and literature. There are underlined the advantages and disadvantages of modern and traditional methods and formulated the conclusions.
