In this article is addresses the military institution as base of emerging state, which ensures their social existence. We examine the social- historical experience of mankind and, on this basis, to determine the main directions and ways of developing the military organizations for their use in studying the stages of creating
the army. It highlights the essential features of the military institution of the state. |
