The system of geographical indications proved to be viable both in the Community space and in such countries as India, China, Iran, Georgia. Will it also be opportune for the development of agroindustrial system in the
Republic of Moldova?</description>
<description xml:lang='ro' descriptionType='Abstract'><p>Indicaţiile geografice constituie instrumente eficiente pentru promovarea dezvoltării rurale, deoarece ajută producătorii să obţină un supraprofit &icirc;n schimbul garanţiei calităţii, ajută la distribuirea mai corectă şi echitabilă a veniturilor pe &icirc;ntreg lanul de producere, &icirc;ncep&acirc;nd cu producătorii materiilor prime şi termin&acirc;nd cu comercianţii, valori că locul de origine al produsului, creează locuri de muncă şi pre&icirc;nt&acirc;mpină exodul rural. Sistemul indicaţiilor geografice s-a dovedit a fi viabil at&acirc;t &icirc;n spaţiul comunitar, c&acirc;t şi &icirc;n astfel de ţări ca India, China, Republica Islamică Iran, Georgia. Va fi oare acesta oportun şi dezvoltării sistemului agroindustrial din Republica Moldova?</p></description>

Система географических указаний оказалась жизнеспособной как в государствах Европейского Сообщества, так и в таких странах, как Индия, Китай, Исламская Республика Иран, Грузия. Окажется
ли она благоприятной и для развития агропромышленного комплекса Республики Молдова?</description>
