В статті досліджено основні ознаки суду та доведено його статус органу державної влади. Акцентовано на необхідності взаємодії суду з іншими органами державної влади. Докладно досліджено форми взаємодії суду з органами законодавчої та виконавчої влади. Зроблено висновок щодо доцільності розробки стратегії взаємодії судової та інших гілок влади, яка має передбачати такі основоположні засади, як єдність судів загальної юрисдикції; участь інших гілок влади в процесі добору та призначення суддів; розширення повноважень незалежних суб’єктів у формуванні суддівського корпусу; внутрішньо корпоративний підхід до призначення керівників судів, надання права законодавчої ініціативи Верховному Суду України тощо.

This paper investigates the basic characteristics of the court and proved its status of a public authority. Accentuated the need for the judiciary interacts with other government agencies. Studied in detail the forms of interaction trial with legislative and executive powers. The conclusion about the wisdom of strategy development is the interaction of the judiciary and other branches of government, which should include the following basic principles, the unity of the courts of general jurisdiction; involvement of other powers in the selection and appointment of judges; empowerment of independent entities in forming the corps of judges; internal corporate approach to the appointment of heads of courts, the right of legislative initiative of the Supreme Court of Ukraine and others.
