The author of the article suggests a possible analysis perspective of the contribution of the critic Alexandru Burlacu in the affirmation and development of narratological commentary inside the Bessarabian exegetical space. Alexandru Burlacu is one of the most competent critics of the Romanian fiction phenomenon of the interwar and postwar periods. The critic comments the most important novels written in Bessarabian literary space or by Bessarabian authors, in whose works the Bessarabian area is depicted. The critic sets aesthetic nuclei of paradigmatic evolution of gender and expresses important value judgments on the most important novelistic works.
