Rezumat

The factors that shape the resource potential of the investigated branch are a common structure of the resource and production potential of crops. Human resources and technical capacity are some of the important factors in the economic development of agricultural enterprises. Rational development of personnel together with using the technical potential of land resources contributes to the increase in production of material goods. Conversely, the high complexity of the development of land resources has hampered the development of the productive forces, has reduced the efficiency of production. The production rates and well-being of employees depend from the natural properties of the land, soil fertility, availability of appropriate technical capabilities and highly qualified independent specialists.
