Rezumat

I The transition process in the Republic of Moldova is a turbulent one, accompanied by deviations in political course, which are expressions of the division of society into its options. Th e 2013 was a year of uncertainties, which held in tension an entire society. It was a year of political crisis and of seeking and finding solutions. Significantly the 2013 year reveals a certain transition step and it is natural to ask ourselves: What next? In the early election year of 2014 we propose a multidimensional analysis of data obtained in the field investigations conducted by the Association of Sociologists and Demographers of the Republic of Moldova in the polls “Vox Populi – 2013”. Th e population of the Republic of Moldova briefly knows the risks and advantages of the integration in the E.U. Its information sources on this theme are: mass media(fi rstly TV), where there aren’t special editions on the EU integration topic. Meanwhile, the Republic of Moldova has initialed the Association to EU Agreement. In the next period the government coalition should join its efforts with the civilsociety to demonstrate in a practical way that they have the capabilities of organizing, persuasion, attraction of the population in the processes of participatory democracy so that the country citizens to know the advantages and eventual disadvantages of an association to EU. All this because population must not be manipulated, misinformed and used in the decisional process only as voting elements.
