This material is devoted to the professional competence of employees of state authorities and local self-government in Ukraine. Studied types of professional competence in accordance with the main directions of administrative activities for civil servants. The article analyzes the qualification requirements for employees and invited author classification of administrative activities, their role in improving the professional level of employees, taking into account the practical implementtation
of the tasks and functions.
In this paper we use statistical data and materials on the poll officials, as
well as estimates of experts. |
