This paper presents an analysis of the approach in the content sizes of democratic governance. It explains the process of Government, subject-object relationship in this process is the connection between the relationship of Government and the political issues of governance in human society, the social reality of governance, the functions, spheres, levels, institutionalizing aspects, political affiliations. It is argued the distribution of State power in the democratization of governance. It is reflected the problem of psychological aspect in the process of governance. A peculiar aspect represents the authority of governance. The majority and minority governments are characterized. They are considered the theories of governance's coalitions: the minimal attribute them, minimum sizes, with the smallest number of parties, minimal interval attribute them minimal connected and politically viable. It is analyzed the Government coalition the „Alliance for European integration of the Republic of Moldova ".
