The multitude of theorizings on human value axiology and universalism, especially in the era of globalization and crisis of values, in spite of gnoseological and epistemological acvhievements, are deficient and reductionist regading the nanography of genesis and nature of human values, that of its structure, knowledge and projections. Romanian-born French philosopher Ştefan Lupaşcu stems from the fact that the axiological dimension, the universalism of human values, "human condition" par excellence, is powered by a contradiction determinism between the two dialectics: the homogenization of entropy (macro-physical phenomena) and heterogeneities negentropy (biological phenomena) that compete in a perpetual alternative dynamic of update and potentiation. This contradiction determinism is controlled and influenced by a third dialectics (semiupdating, semi potentiation – the "T" condition) of the human psyche (neuropsychic matter), characterized by a deterministic adversarial meant to rule the trialectical interaction. This energitist dynamic trialectics, according to the philosopher, profiles for the human being, regardless of civilization and claims of universalist theories, three axiological gravity orientations – the physical, biological and psychological, that are fighting each other, generating behaviors, attitudes and complementary (quantum) becomings by contradictions.
