Rezumat

Articolul abordează problematica comunicării manageriale ca factor de motivare/demotivare a cadrelor didactice din instituţia şcolară. Se argumentează rolul motivării cadrelor didactice pentru performanţa individuală şi organizaţională, se deduc tipurile de comunicare organizaţională, se caracterizează comunicarea managerială ca esenţă şi conţinut. Pentru a conferi comunicării manageriale calitatea demotivantă se propun un şir de sugestii printre care: excluderea barierelor în comunicare, promovarea unor tehnici specifice de îmbunătăţire a calităţii comunicării, dezvoltarea abilităţilor de comunicare a interlocutorilor.

The article addresses the issue of managerial communication as a motivating/demotivating factor of teaching staff in the school institution. The teaching staff’s role of motivation for individual and organizational performance is shown, there are drawn conclusions on the types of organizational communication, the managerial communication is characterised by essence and content. In order to confer the motivating quality on the managerial communication, a string of suggestions are proposed, including : the exclusion of barriers in communication, the promotion of quality communication’s particular improvement techniques, the development of communication skills of conversational partners.

<description xml:lang='en' descriptionType='Abstract'><p>The article deals with the problem of developing the content of primary mathematical education in the Republic of Belarus, taking into account the continuity and perspective of teaching in the context of the competence approach. The history of the implementation of the ideas of the competence approach in the national curricula in mathematics for the first stage of general secondary education is briefly presented. The difference in the interpretation of the concept of &bdquo;curriculum&rdquo; is shown in conditions of using one or more textbooks in one subject.
