Valeria Grosu demonstrates availability of freedom in imagination, openness to poetic experiment, growing from material poetry which is vegetal and „referential” to spiritualized one, which is heretical and ethereal, largely „retro” fashioned. Religious sentiment towards the end of her carrier is remade from the angle of soft postmodernism slightly indecisive in „Transfiguration” and well-marked in „Heretical Honey” joining Arcadie Suceveanu, Leo Butnaru, Eugen Cioclea, Vsevolod Cernei and other „runagates” of the 1970s generation.
