The article is itself a study that confirms that the regulation of international financial cooperation shall be based on the broad spectrum of bilateral and multilateral international treaties (agreements, memorandums) concluded by the Government of Moldova and Governments of third countries, having as object the consecration of partnered relationships, financial, banking, foreign investment, tax, financial and fiscal crime prevention etc. At the same time are examples of when specific financial agreements take the form of bilateral investment agreements and presents differences in shape, but demonstrates a marked analogy content.
