The article presents the particularities of regulation in financial international cooperation made by the RM through the normative institutional mechanisms adopted within the framework of international organizations of the general and specific jurisdiction.
The results of research accentuate the fact that the mechanisms and regulatory instruments within the financial organizations constitutes the source of legal base for togetherness of multilateral relations within the framework of partnership relations, of which Moldova is part. |
