This paper aims to demonstrate, against all prejudice which still persists that Mihai Eminescu was not only a brilliant writer, but also a great thinker, an encyclopedic spirit anointed with a philosophical vocation choice. And that this philosophical vocation has proven not only in the fields of fertility ontology, gnoseology and aesthetics, but also in the philosophy of politics, morals and philosophy in the philosophy of right. It is true that the genial poet-thinker has not developed systematic treatises in which have developed a concept strongly built, claim some epigoni. But his ruminations fragmentation, remaining in the manuscripts, often included in external links that is worth, most of the time, more than all the treaties of researchers trained, but without the ability to look into the depths of it reality.
