It has been already demonstrated the fact that the performances of an organization are determined by the people that are creating it. This statement is gaining more and more truthfulness in the case of non-profit agencies. Salaried staff, volunteers and all those who work in the organization determines its "image" in society and the effectiveness of the programs and activities carried out by it. |
