This article refl ects the arguments of changes and additions to the legislation of the Republic of Moldova in order to stimulate innovation and introduction into practice of the high tech. These changes are represented by necessity of a law to promote the development of the institutional environment of
innovation, national innovation system, to improve the efficiency of scientifi c fi elds, technical and innovation. Creating mechanisms to attract venture financing resources for innovative activity is one of the long-term development objectives of the country. |
