Rezumat | ||||||
This article analyzes the principles of disciplinary in the labor law of Ukraine. The author has proved that at this stage of development of the regulation of labor relations the labor definition and consolidation of the concept of disciplinary responsibility, the conditions of its occurrence, types and principles are necessary. It is proved that the principles of disciplinary responsibility in the labor relations are theoretical form or the main provisions of independent type of legal responsibility. They are the scientific conclusions and implemented through administrative decisions, the correct direct of disciplinary practices in the field of labor relations. |
