Forming codes of professional ethics is one of the problems for the new specialties. The process of development and adoption of the codes of professional ethics, including ethics for law professions, has just begun in our country. Some codes do not accurately reflect the real problems and standards of conduct of people representing different professions, they are unspecific and they do not contain the regulations relating to monitoring and sanctioning the code violations. Thus, while resolving a problem, the ethical code should be an important normative act regulating the professional activity, on a par with the current legislation. The knowledge of code and its abidance is not only the key of success for a specialist, but it is also a clear demand from society towards the representatives of the socially important professions.

Изменения, происходящие в нашем обществе за последние десять лет, значительно повысили требования, предъявляемые к специалистам юридического профиля. Интеграция Молдовы в единое правовое пространство Европейского союза, осознание необходимости взаимопонимания и сотрудничества в правовых вопросах с различными странами мира, высокая потребность в межкультурной коммуникации, обеспечение национальной правовой безопасности Молдовы, – все вышеперечисленное инициирует формирование профессиональной компетентности, профессионально-этической культуры специалиста.
