Diplomacy is an everyday activity in the field of foreign policy, conducted by diplomats who think and take action on development and harmonization of their national interests with the state to which they are deployed. Universal diplomatic history shows us that this kind of activity always performed tasks of high responsibility and complexity, and their executors had to show exceptional skills and character traits. More significantly this fact is noticed at present, at the beginning of the 21st century. |
