Society always needs well trained specialists in all areas of social life. This refers also to the educational environment. Is required from educators to demonstrate professional skill, to be human, competent, and also to have the necessary training skills, so they can use high-level tools and work techniques. Teaching skills allow the teacher to be flexible and plastic in his professional activity, to constantly improve, being receptive to everything that is new. Not by chance, the graduates who register in educational specialties must have some abilities and training skills. Practical tasks evidence that prospective teachers have such skills, but not all of them are as well developed, or the same level of development. In professional training activities it is necessary to draw attention to this moments. |
